Cheng Yin’s experience in Executive Coaching, Change Management and Human Resource advisory stems from senior positions with Heidrick & Struggles in China; Deloitte Consulting, BearingPoint Inc. and HCL AXON in North America; as well as Mercer HR Consulting, and Arthur Andersen Business Consulting in Singapore.  In the last 5 years as the founder of Ignite Consulting & Executive Coaching Inc., Cheng Yin has operated globally from home bases in USA, Netherlands, Singapore and China.
